Sometimes it seems that your only option in life is to walk away from it all and start over. Sometimes this is the right choice and sometimes the loose ends you left behind catch up with you. The Eight of Cups is all about making choices and dealing with the consequences.
The Five of Cups
The Five of Cups is all about loss and regret on one level, but on another level is provides the opportunity to leave the past behind and move forward into a new aspect of life. Sometimes getting caught up in the past denies us the process of living fully in the moment.

Just like Buddha under the Bodhi tree, our young healer is deep in contemplation. So deep, in fact, that he is completely missing the Cups that are being offered to him. He needs to pay attention. This is the message inherent in the Four of Cups.
The Nine of Cups
The best definition of the Nine of Cups would be "putting all your cups in a row". This card represents completion of cycle and a sense of contentment with the way one's life has turned out. The only problem is that with a sense of completion sometimes comes a sense of complacency.

Crossroads in life aren't always easy. In fact, they are usually pretty difficult. And, in a lot of instances, what appears to be the correct pathway is actually filled with potholes and quicksand. The Seven of Cups speaks to us about these potential crossroads and pathways.

Nostalgia is a good feeling. When we look at old photographs that bring back memories of loved ones and good times we get lost in the reverie of times past. The Six of Cups is a card of nostalgia and reverie.. and getting lost in dreams of long ago..
The Suit of Cups People
The people who populate the suit of Cups are the romantics. They tend to lean toward professions where they can think with their heart rather than their head. They are the writers, the poets and the musicians. They are also the homemakers, the counselors and the healers.
The Ten of Cups
The Ten of Cups reveals the culmination of heartfelt dreams, hopes, plans and wishes. Because Cups represent emotion, the final outcome would have been brought about through the process of tears, fears, doubts and frustrations as well as joy, laughter and much love.
The Three of Cups
The Three of Cups is all about love, happiness, joy and celebration!! And, that is exactly what is happening in the Land of Pentacles. Summer is in bloom, flowers are abounding and love is in the air!
The Two of Cups
The Two of Cups kicks off the journey through the Land of Cups. Our Cup character has quite a long journey in front of her. And, it will be a journey full of love, compassion, and healing.
